How do I place an order online with Blue Goba?
A.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on placing your mail order online with Blue Goba:
- Find your desired product in our e-store.
- Choose your weight and quantity, then click “Add to Cart”.
- When you have all your products in your shopping cart, click the cart icon in the website header to review your choices.
- When you’re happy, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
- On the checkout page, you’ll need to enter your billing and shipping information, and create an account to check the status of your order.
- Click the “Place Order” button.
- We only accept payments through e-transfer right now, so on the next page you’ll see your order number and information on how to transfer the payment to us. Make sure you follow the instructions carefully and input your password exactly as it appears. You’ll be emailed a copy of the instructions.
- When we receive your e-transfer, your order status will change to Processing.
- When we ship your order, the status will change to Complete. We ship all orders within 2 business days of payment.
- You will be able to see your Xpresspost tracking number in the My Account section of the website.

Can I order large quantities?

How do I pay?

At this time we ONLY accept Interac email transfer payments. Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal or credit cards at this time.

Can I change or cancel my order once I have placed it?

If you would like to add to or edit your order, you’ll need to enter a new order and we can cancel your original order. Please email us at info@bluegoba.co with the order number you would like cancelled.
If you would like your order cancelled and it has not shipped out yet, please email info@bluegoba.co. If we have already taken payment then all order edits/cancellations are made on a best-effort basis. You might be liable for a 20% restocking fee on returns/exchanges.

Is there a minimum amount I can order?

There’s a minimum order of $50 that’s required to complete your order. Orders between $50 and $150 are charged a flat shipping rate set by Canada Post.

Where do you ship to?

We deliver products across the whole of Canada. We never ship outside of Canada without exception.

When will my order ship?
A.
To provide a consistent, exceptional experience we ship all paid orders before 9am PST same day. All orders after 9am PST are shipped out the following business day. We do often process orders made after this cut-off time but keeping the time in mind helps prevent any unnecessary frustrations. Please know that e-transfers have a time delay in sending and so if you make an order in advance of the cut off, please allow yourself some extra time to make sure the payment comes through before that time.
We operate from Monday to Friday, so please keep in mind that any orders made after 9am Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
You will receive your order in 1-3 business days. Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote region.

Yes, there are a number of scammers on the internet who claim to sell legal weed and shrooms, only to disappear after you pay – we can assure you we aren’t one of them. We have spent years building a solid reputation in Canada as a safe seller of magic mushrooms and medicinal cannabis.
We understand some medical patients that may have trouble purchasing their medicine from a dispensary for any number of reasons and believe they shouldn’t be forced to have to buy illegally. We made the decision to offer full access to our site for medicinal users in Canada so they may have safe access to their medicine at any time.

My tracking number does not work. Help!
A.
We will email you your tracking number before it’s been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website. Please wait until the end of day and your tracking number should appear correctly. If it does not, please email info@bluegoba.co and we will look into it.

Is my order delivery guaranteed?

We guarantee delivery, except for residents of Nunavut, Northern Quebec or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address.

What are the shipping fees?

We ship through Canada Post XPresspost.
Shipping fees for orders under $450 are calculated by Canada Post based on the weight of your order.

How do you package my shipment?
A.
We understand that most people require discretion. So, we use generic prepaid Xpress envelopes to package items. We then vacuum seal and bubble wrap the contents for maximum discretion, protection and to seal in the freshness. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would advertise that you are buying medical products, so no nosy neighbours will know it is anything other than a regular package from the post office.

How is shipping different if I live in Nunavut or Northern Quebec?
A.
Unfortunately, we experience much higher % of postal thefts when shipping to Northern Quebec and Nunavut. We cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk. This means you will not receive a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen.

My package is going to the wrong destination.
A.
If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error at Canada Post. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.

Canada Post says “successfully delivered” but I have not received my order.
A.
Here are 2 likely scenarios:
The postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox, or
What often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, let us know and we will file a trace with the post office. Canada Post will file an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you, and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement free of charge (UP TO $500).
From Canada Post:
“The investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm delivery, or to better understand how they receive their mail and, as applicable, if they checked: with the front desk, security or mail room at the receiving address to see if someone else accepted the item on their behalf; their Community Mailbox for the item or parcel compartment key; around their property to see if the item was left in a safe location or in a mailbox attached to their home. In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this e-mail indicating the item has been received.”

What happens if I don’t get my package?
A.
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a 1x replacement package up to $500 of the value of your package free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to postal issues.
How to Use
Q.
It’s my first time trying shrooms. How much should I take?
A.
The recommended dosage varies per person, but 2-3.5 grams of dry shrooms is usually a reasonable amount for your first trip. If you’re a little bit nervous, start with 1.5 grams, and see how you feel. We do not recommend starting out with a larger dosage (4 grams or more). Depending on your size, add or subtract 0.5 grams from our recommendation.

What effects do different doses of magic mushrooms have?
A.
Different amounts of psilocybin mushrooms have different effects. If you were to consume magic mushrooms containing 1% psilocybin, for example, here is how much you would need to consume for small, medium, and strong effects:
- Low dose: 1 gram
- 1 gram of magic mushrooms is considered a low dose (but not to be mistaken with a microdose), which produces noticeable but not necessarily full-on psychedelic effects. For example, you will likely notice feelings of euphoria and an enhancement of your sense, like seeing more vibrant colours.
- Medium dose: 1.75 grams
- At 1.75 grams, you will likely experience some psychedelic effects, such as visual effects, synesthesia, and a more profound euphoric feeling. You are not likely to experience heavy psychedelic effects, such as ego death, or see any mind-blowing psychedelic visuals.
- High dose: 3.5 grams
- At this dosage, you will experience a complete psychedelic experience, including extreme perceptual and cognitive distortions. Such an experience will have varying effects on your cognitive abilities, for example, your ability to hold a conversation or accurately perceive your surroundings. Such effects are most noticeable at your peak.
Unless you are an experienced psychedelic user, we do not recommend taking more than 4 grams at a time. Even then, you must be extremely cautious with your dosage. No two trips are the same, so it’s always good to err on the side of caution.

Everyone experiences different trips, but you’ll generally have similar feelings. Keep in mind your experience varies on your dosage, your mindset, and your environment. Here are the most common effects:
- Physical: Muscle relaxation, weakness and twitches, nausea, yawning, drowsiness, lack of coordination, pupil dilation, watery eyes, facial flushing, increased heart rate and body temperature, body feels heavy or light, feelings of floating.
- Psychological: Heightened sensory experiences and perceptual distortions, auditory, tactile and visual hallucinations, synesthesia, difficulty in focusing and thinking, sense of detachment from body and surroundings, loss of boundaries, altered perception of space and time, emotions are intensified.
Anecdotal: Things seem more beautiful and meaningful, a new appreciation for nature and loved ones, feeling at one with the universe, insights into past and current affairs, playfulness and child-like wonder.

How do I consume magic mushrooms?
A.
It is perfectly fine to eat shrooms as they are. Although, you can achieve a faster or more intense trip if you try ground shrooms, if you make a lemon tek, or consume shrooms on an empty stomach.
You can also consume magic mushrooms with tea, edible chocolates or gummies. There are so many options to ingest shrooms, so pick whichever one works best for you!

Will I get nauseous if I consume magic mushrooms?
A.
Not everyone necessarily experiences nausea while ingesting magic mushrooms, but it is possible. For example, you’re more likely to get nauseous eating the solid, fibrous part of the mushroom. You can avoid this by making tea, which strains the solids, thus heavily reducing negative side effects. You can also reduce nausea by consuming ginger. However, nausea will only last for around 30 minutes after consumption, so don’t stress about it too much; it will pass.

How long will I trip for?
A.
The length of your trip is entirely dependent on your dosage. Still, you should usually account for 20-60 minutes for the onset of your trip, three to five hours at your peak, and two to four hours for your comedown. Overall, you should dedicate six-to-ten hours to your trip.

How important is my mindset and environment while tripping?
A.
Both your mindset and environment are massively important in determining what kind of trip you will have! Magic mushrooms make you much more susceptible to stimulation, which is brought upon by your environment. We recommend you only consume magic mushrooms if you are in a fairly stable and happy mindset and in a calm environment with little-to-no distractions. Stay away from large groups of people and/or rowdy environments. A smaller group in the peaceful outdoors is a much better option. If you’re inexperienced with psychedelics, it’s okay to wait until a setting such as this is possible. There’s no rush!

How can I fully prepare for my trip?
A.
here are a lot of ways someone can prepare for their trip, but here are some general tips:
- Minimize any distractions: Turn off your phone and book the day off. You don’t want any unanticipated commitments or visitors while you’re tripping.
- Make yourself as comfortable as possible: Pack an extra set of clothing, don’t adventure too far away from a bathroom, and always keep some water with you.
- Prepare in advance: Whether you want to listen to music, watch a movie, paint, or draw, be sure to have whatever you need ready before your trip, as your motor functions will likely be limited. Also, make sure there is food prepared for your comedown.
Give yourself a rest day: You never know how your trip can affect you, so make sure the day after your trip is free. You don’t want to have to go to work or class while emotionally or physically drained after your trip.

Is it important to have someone sober with me?
A.
Having a designated supervisor or “trip-sitter” for yourself and/or your group is never a bad option. These people can be in the room with you or simply nearby. They can be available to comfort you or help you out with whatever you may need if you cannot, like answering the door for food or answering a phone call. It is also recommended this person has some experience with psychedelics. We do recommend you have someone available to help you out if it is your first time tripping.

Should I trip alone or with a group of people?
A.
Both options have positive and negative effects, so you can decide which suits you better.
Tripping alone can be an overwhelming experience, especially for your first time. However, it provides the opportunity for a more introspective trip. Tripping with others can be a fantastic adventure. However, if you aren’t familiar with these people or there is existing tension, it might cause a negative reaction during your trip.

I am on prescribed medication/have a medical condition. Is it safe to consume magic mushrooms?
A.
If you are taking prescribed medication or have a diagnosed medical condition, we highly recommend that you consult your doctor or psychiatrist before consuming magic mushrooms. Regardless of the opinion of others, psychedelics affect every person differently, so you should only trust the opinion of a medical professional based on your personal situation.
Although, if you are on an SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) for depression or other conditions, you probably shouldn’t consume magic mushrooms. It could lead to serotonin syndrome, a potentially fatal condition. It is important to keep this in mind, especially if you consider taking shrooms to help with depression.
Above all, before experimenting with psychedelics, exercise due diligence, and educate yourself as best as possible.
