Golden Teacher Neurostack Effects

Golden Teacher is a medium-potency shroom, so combined into these 50 mg capsules it’s perfect for microdosing. The effects will be nuanced and subtle, generally lifting your mood, creativity, and focus. You likely won’t have a full psychedelic experience with these caps unless you choose to consume 2 or more, though everyone’s tolerance is different. It’s best to try microdosing for the first time on a day where you don’t have work or other places to be, just to be safe.

Dosing

There are 2 ways to take them.

2. If you’re microdosing to help manage chronic depression/anxiety: take 1 cap/day for 4 consecutive days then take the 3 following days off and repeat the cycle.

Try this for one full cycle with one cap/day then if you found it was too little or too much change your dose for the next cycle.
